Well, I think I might have what you are looking for! Coming out on the 6th of August, is my newest novel, Phaser. Packed full of action, fighting and shape shifters of all kinds, it is there for excitement and hopefully, it will get your blood pumping!

A little bit behind the book, I started writing it in 2012 when I was partaking in National Writing Month. At first, I wasn't sure about it, it had started out as an angel from heaven sent to protect a child deal with the loss of her father, but it just didn't resonate with me. So I changed it. I wanted more excitement, rather than depression. It became something I am utterly proud of and it really has taken me five years to perfect, but I think if I spend any more time on it, it'll never be ready!

Here is the synopsis!

Maddison Connors, a seventeen-year-old student. After losing her father she has no one else to confide in. Her mother and brother have abandoned her to deal with the loss on her own. But after a fight in school, she is saved by Jason. He is a shape shifter and part of Sanctum, a safe haven for those like himself. He has been sent to save Maddie before Saxon George find her and kills her. Maddie is unaware of the gift she possesses and is thrust into the world she doesn’t understand.

For Maddie to understand her ability she first has to trust Jason, but for that to happen, she has to overcome the dangers of trusting, once again.
